Volcanologist looking for an apartment: help the Research!

Hallo,
ich heiße Cristian Montanaro, I am an Italian phd (Doktorantenstelle) student in Volcanology, non-smoker, 31 years old, I am very very polite, cleaned, sociable and open minded. I’m sorry but I do not speak German, I hope this is not a problem.

Anyway I am moving here in Munich since I won this PhD (Doktorantenstelle) fellowship in Volcanology at LMU University where I am working at moment. I will have to stay here until the next three years. I am looking for both long and/or short term accommodations. The second one could be useful for me to start looking for a long one!
I am looking for an room or apartment, with a size between 18 and 40 m2. The rent I am willing to pay is min. 500 and max 800 EUR, including the utilities (operating costs, heating, and hot water, etc..)

Something about me....I am a quiet and tidy guy. I'd like mountain trekking, hiking, swimming, jogging, playing soccer and also technical and artistic design, photography, traveling, listening to and playing (guitar) music, reading (from classical lecture to fantasy and science fiction), picture, draw comics).
What else? My work keeps me out of the house almost every day from Monday to Friday. Basically am seeking for a quiet place.
I am available for appointments almost anytime during the week.
