Senior Audio Engineer looking for longterm single house/flat renting

[Introduction]
Due to the current lease ending (landlord returning from aboard,) I'm looking for apartment starting 1st-Apr. (Long-term preferred.)

[About myself]
I'm single, live alone, not smoking, love cooking, and plays piano (electrical with headphones.) I love to keep living space clean and also very sensitive to smells and noise. I spent most of my time at home, with occasional personal travel and business trips.
I come from Taiwan, just started working here for half a year. Cannot speak proper German yet but learning very hard on this, hopefully I could catch up within a few more months.

[Looking for Places as...]
My working place is near Marinplatz. hereby I'm looking for a place within 40min travelling time from door to door. I prefer clean, quiet, smell-free places with full kitchen and furniture. Sun-blocks on windows are also preferred. Hopefully there is in-door laundry machine for hygienic issues.
