I am looking for a tenant to take over the existing apartment contract. The starting date can be 1.8 or 1.9 - Few details around the flat:
The first thing that I need to mention about the house is that there are two rooms, one kitchen and one bathroom. The rooms are around 25m2. Two rooms can be described as one inner and one outer room. So to walk to the bedroom, it is needed to walk across the living room. The flat is on the 4th floor without elevator so it is a good sport everyday☺. The new tenant will need to take over the existing furniture and many more stuff in the flat (everything in the photos also kitchen stuff etc. would be taken over besides the 1-2 electronic stuff like TV and few speakers). So, the flat will be ready to move in only with the clothes as all necessary furnitures are available.

ich suche einen Nachmieter zur Übernahme des bestehenden Wohnungsvertrages. Ab 1.7 oder 1.8 - Ein paar Details rund um die Wohnung:
Das erste, was ich über die Wohnung erwähnen muss, ist, dass es zwei Zimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad gibt. Die Zimmer sind etwa 25m2 groß. Zwei Zimmer können als ein inneres und ein äußeres Zimmer beschrieben werden. Um also zum Schlafzimmer zu gelangen, muss man durch das Wohnzimmer gehen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug, so ist es ein guter Sport jeden Tag ☺. Der neue Mieter muss die vorhandenen Möbel und viele weitere Dinge in der Wohnung übernehmen (alles auf den Fotos, auch die Küche-sachen etc. würde übernommen werden, außer 1-2 elektronische Dinge wie TV und ein paar Lautsprecher). Die Wohnung wird also nur mit der Kleidung bezugsfertig sein, da alle notwendigen Möbel vorhanden sind.
