a stylish cloth rack and a roomy shoe cabinet make it easy to store your things

Living Room - Rewind & Chill with a green view
enjoy a custom-made big wooden table, 2 wooden benches (both with hairpin legs) and a stylish white Hay chair, a cool couch which can serve as a day bed or a guest bed, minimalistic white shelfs, white Flatscreen-TV, Cable, Internet and a Sonos Speaker. You have direct access to your own little garden - your own litte paradise!

Sleeping Room - All Ready for Sweet Dreams
1,40m bed with 6 drawers, and a fantastic mattress

Kitchen - Cook it up
Clean-look, white fitted kitchen, 4 flame induction stove, oven, fridge,/freezer combo, dishwasher, dinnerware, kitchen utensils and equipment provided, you even will find antic Bavarian stone beer mugs:) The kitchen has a window with a view into your garden!

Bathroom - It’s Spa time
Huge mirror, shelfs and small closet, relaxing bathtub with a shower, small washing machine (in the basement there are big coin operated machines and dryers)

The apartment also comes with a separate basement compartment with shelfs and a closet to store things.

The apartment has been renovated in May 2018 - new kitchen, new floors (Oak laminate), new doors, new light switches, new bathroom sink and is fully furnished including incl. iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. It is decorated with a lot of love in a modern, minimalistic style. Living Room and Sleeping room have electric shades.

The Hidden Garden - Enjoy your green oasis (perfect for any Corona Lockdowns:)
You will have your own small garden, fully fenced with a small garden shed to store our gardening stuff and bikes (we even provide you with one bike including lock), 2 shelfs, table, chairs and a lounger, a rainwater collection barrel, several plants and flowers including roses, mint, water cress and a plum tree

If you own a car you will be able to find a parking spot easily, as this is a parking licence area.
