Hello dear room hunters,
We (Diane, Josh, and Felix) are looking for a new flatmate for our 4-person flat share. Your room is frist door on the right of the hallway and facing the quiet street below. All furniture shown in the pictures remains in the room and is included in the rent. With the room comes a large bathroom, an extra toilet and a storage room and the best thing is of course the balcony by the kitchen.
The room has a bed, wardrobe, desk, fireplace, clothes rack and bedside table.
location
The flat share is close to the S-Bahn station Dürrenhof, as well as to the OHM, the buses 43/44 to the main station
and the 36er bus are only a few minutes' walk away. The city center or FAU can be
easily reached by public transport, but it only takes 10 minutes by bike. There
are also numerous shops in the immediate vicinity, a great kebab and Indians are also
just around the corner. You walked straight to Wöhrder Wiese or Wöhrder See, which are
ideal for jogging, chilling in the sun or other activities.
The location is close to the Dürrenhof S-Bahn station, to TH Ohm, busses 44, 43 to Hauptbanhof are within 3-5min of walking distance as well as the bus 36. City center is reachable within few min depending on the public transportation chosen . Close by within 10 walking distance minutes are the stores. Wöhrder Wiese and See are close by, for running, chilling on the sun, etc.
Flatshare life
About us: Felix (28) is from Freiburg, works at Siemens in Erlangen. Josh (25) is from New Zealand and works as a mechanic at Harley Davidson. Diane (24) has been in Nuremberg for a year, works as a marketing manager, and comes from France.
We are a pretty cheerful group of people, relaxed, love cooking, sleeping, drinking, and hanging out together. we didn't know each other before moving into the flat but became friends pretty quickly (even before corona), and also have a lot of friends in common. As already mentioned we like cooking together which often leeds to a couple of beers and building a beer pong table out of the door, so that we can improve our already excellent skill even further (be aware that our houserules of beer pong have to be followed if you want to play with us). But we are not only inside drinking all the time, we also like going on hikes or camping and Josh is planning a lot of trips on his motorbike for this summer. Of course, when you need to study, we are quite and you can of course study in your room. We speak a mixture of German and English, as most of us are learning German and are willing to improve, but we would like that you are able to speak English.
If you want to know more about the flat share, its roommates and the room to be allocated, write a little about what you are currently doing, what you like, etc.
Then we can arrange a visit to the apartment!

The location is in only a small walk/ride to the Old Town. There is a main train line to the Hbf that is 1 minute walk away and also many busses 1 min walk away. It is really close to a lot of uni accomodation so heaps of yound people around which really makes the location great as if you have friends there you can easily visit.
There is a a Rewe and BioMarkt about 5 mins and 2 minutes walk from the flat.
There is an outdoor gym right at the lake which is only 3 minutes walk and an indoor gym 5 minutes walk next to the Rewe.
