Hello,
Our bright and comfortable 2 room flat will be available from the 1st of July until the end of August while we stay in Berlin.
1 bedroom with double bed, desk and some storage space, 1 main room with sofa, dining table and desk, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with washing machine and bathtub. Internet and central heating.
Books in French, English, German and Korean.
The rent per month is 1300 euros all included. We also ask for a 600 euros deposit which will have to be paid in advance and will be returned at the end of your stay.

The building is located just in front of the canal (free open air swimming pool in the summer). The MK2 Cinemas Quai de Seine and Quai de Loire are 5 minutes away. The neighbourhood is very nice: not much traffic around the Bassin de la Villette, lots of trees and space for walking and running. Many nice bars, restaurants and cafés around.
Also nearby: La Villette (park and museum, including free open air cinema in the summer), parc des Buttes-Chaumont, Philharmonie de Paris, 104 (art center) and many concert venues (Point Éphémère, Zénith, Trabendo…). République is 10/15 minutes away by bike along the canal.
Several supermarkets nearby, market at the end of the street.
