Furnished Appartment for 3 - Close to Uni - Internationals welcome

Hi guys,
I found out that internationals have it very hard in Regensburg so this one will only be rented to non-germans.

The appartment is 90sqm and 3.5 rooms. It is meant for three people.

The highlight is the place. It is in Kumpfmühl which is on the one hand close to university (you could even walk there) and on the other hand very central and close to the city centre.

The price is based on my purchase price. It's as low as I can go without going into negative.

I'd love to rent to a group that's found each other and wants to rent it together.

Altogether the appartment is 2350€ with everything included, even furniture. The split would be 850€ for the big room with balcony and 750€ each for the other two.
