Apartment for an international student (one semester)

My name is Yann, I am 21 years old and an Erasmus exchange student from France. I currently study at the University of Strasbourg and will be spending the upcoming semester in Vienna. I am therefore looking for an apartment, studio, or shared flat in Vienna.

Ideally, I would like to move in at the end of February, but I am flexible if needed. I am open to both a private apartment and a shared flat (WG).

I am a calm, respectful and reliable person. I take good care of the place I live in and always respect house rules and neighbors. I am used to living independently as well as sharing accommodation, and I value cleanliness and good communication. I do not smoke and do not have pets.

My main priority is to find a stable accommodation for the semester. I am ready to proceed quickly if the place is available and I would be happy to provide any additional information if needed.
