Hallo zusammen,
Ich bin kurz weg und möchte meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mitten in Kreuzberg an nette, zuverlässig Leute zur Zwischenmiete anbieten.
Die Wohnung liegt 3 Minuten von der Bergmannstrasse entfernt, es gibt also jede Menge Cafès, Restaurants, Spätis und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke.
Die U-bahn Station ist auch direkt vor der Tür. ( ca 1. Minute entfernt)
Es ist hier trotzdem sehr ruhig, weil die Wohnung im Hinterhaus liegt..und noch dazu im 3. OG also ist sie sogar noch recht hell.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbeliert und das Zimmer ist mit einem großen Hochbett(Doppelbett) ausgestattet.
Man kann hier also auch zu zu zweit ganz gut leben.
Internet, Strom usw. ist in den Kosten mit drin.

Hi guys,
I am away for bit and I would like to sublet my place.
The flat is 3 minutes away from Bergmannstr. and near Victoria Park. There are a lot of beautiful cafes, restaurants,night shops, and supermarkets just around the corner.
The underground station (U-bahn) is right in front of the flat, 1 minute away.
But it's still very quiet because the flat is located in the backyard and 3rd floor, so it's still bright in the daytime.
The flat is fully furnished and the room has a big loft bed (double bed), so it's also suitable for couple.
All bills are included. (Internet, Electricity, etc).
If you are interested, please feel free to write me and also write a bit about yourself.
