Sie ist einfach aber gemühtlich, eine Typische Berliner Altbauwohnung. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr ruhig mit grünem Ausblick.

The maller room has about 14m2 and is furnished with a mattress on the floor a table and a dresser.

The kitchen is big enough, the toilet and shower are small. The flat has almost completly been renovated recently. It is simple, but cosy. It is very quiet with a view into the green backyard. There is a washing maschine and internet conection.

The appartment is located in the North of Neukoelln at Weichselplatz. In front of the house is a canal and a little park with playground and ping pong tables. Kiosk around the corner, Supermarkets close by and a lot of bars and cafes in the area.
