40qm flat in Prenzlauer Berg

Die Wohnung, in der ich aktuell zur Zwischenmiete wohne, wird ab März frei, da der Hauptmieter nicht zurück nach Berlin kommt und ich selbst mit meinem Partner zusammenziehe.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Hinterhaus, 3. OG, ist daher sehr ruhig und dank Ostseite auch hell. Sie umfasst ein großes Zimmer (ca. 23 qm) sowie eine separate Küche und ein Bad.

Für die Übernahme der Wohnung sind vom Hauptmieter einige Ausstattungsgegenstände (Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Kleiderschrank, etc.) zu übernehmen. Der genannte Abstandsbetrag von 1300€ ist ein Richtwert, Genaues wird dann direkt mit ihm vereinbart.

Die Wohnung wird an eine Person vermietet. Besichtigungstermine werden nur am 12.02. und 13.02. abends möglich sein. Im Anschluss erfolgt die Auswahl durch die Hausverwaltung. Dafür werden dann auch die Standarddokumente (Schufa (solicitar ahora) , Einkommensnachweis, etc.) nötig sein.

The flat where I am currently living as a temporary tenant will become available in March, as the main tenant is not coming back to Berlin and I am moving in with my partner.

It is located in the second rear building, 3rd floor, and is therefore very quiet and bright thanks to the east side. It comprises a large room (approx. 23 sqm) as well as a separate kitchen and a bathroom.

In order to take over the flat, you will have to buy some furnishings (fridge, washing machine, wardrobe, etc.) from the main tenant. The indicated amount of 1300€ serves as a reference value and will be finally agreed upon directly with him.

The flat is rented to one person. Viewing appointments will only be possible on 12.02. and 13.02. in the evening. Afterwards the final chocie will be made by the property management. The standard documents (Schufa (solicitar ahora) , proof of income, etc.) will then also be necessary.
