I'm looking for a new tenant for my flat next to Untermarkt. It's a 1-room flat with some furniture with an integrated kitchenette, bathroom with furniture, washing machine (see below).
Kindly note that the cost for Electricity is not included in the Total price. You will have to make your Electricty contract separately (Electricty costs 30euros or less per month).
