Ich arbeite bis Ende April 2022 für eine Weile im Ausland und suche einen Zwischenmieter für meine schöne 30 m² Wohnung in der Freiberger Altstadt, gerne auch nur für einen Teilzeitraum. Ich würde die Wohnung komplett möbliert überlassen, inklusiver großer gemieteter Einbauküche, Waschmaschine, Kleidungsschrank, Schreibtisch etc. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden :) Meine privaten Gegenstände habe ich zum allergrößten Teil ausgelagert.
In der Wohnung können prinzipiell auch gerne 2 Leute wohnen.
I will work abroad until the end of April 2022 and I am looking for someone that would like to rent my nice 30 m²-large flat during that period of time. A shorter period may be possible as well. I'll leave the flat furnitured, including all necessary furniture as a large rented kitchen, washing machine, a large bed, desk, large wardrobe, several shelves etc. Most of my private stuff I stored outside my flat.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr schöner und ruhiger Altstadtlage am Petrikirchplatz. Zum Unicampus sind es zu Fuß 15 Minuten, mit dem Rad bist du natürlich noch schneller. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (verschiedene Supermärkte, Bioladen, andere Läden in der Fußgängergasse) befinden sich in direkter Umgebung und einmal die Woche ist direkt ums Haus ein Wochenmarkt. Wenn du mal ausgehen willst befinden sich zahlreiche Kneipen und Restaurants direkt in der Altstadt.
The aparment is located within the beautiful city centre of Freiberg in a quiet place. University campus is located only 10-15 minutes by feet, if you go by bike even much shorter of course. Everything necessary to survive like supermarkets other small shops, many restaurants and food stalls are located in direct proximity. Also the train station is located in only 10 minutes walking distance.
Bei Interesse oder wenn du weitere Fragen hast, ruf mich am besten kurz an oder schreib mir eine email. Da ich ab 29.10. nicht mehr in Freiberg bin würde ich bei Interesse zuerst ein Video der Wohnung schicken und Fragen telefonisch über WhatsApp beantworten. Wenn danach noch Interesse besteht, ist aber auch eine Besichtigung der Wohnung möglich :)
