Leider muss ich meine WG in Mannheim verlassen. In deiner zukünftigen WG handelt es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung im dritten Stock. Die Wohnung hat eine komplette Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler, ein sehr großer Wohnbereich, ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, eine separate Dusche und ein separates WC. Das Zimmer ist circa 13 m² groß, hat eine hohe Decke, Dachschrägen und Fliesenboden. Die gesamte Wohnung hat 110 m² und du wirst diese mit Saskia und Ömer teilen. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, also kannst du deiner Kreativität freien Lauf lassen.
Die Wohnung ist ein kleines Goldstück und bietet auch mit einer Abstellkammer und einen großen Keller viel Stauraum und einen überdachten Fahrradabstellplatz.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Straßenverkehr vor der Tür ist für Mannheimer Verhältnisse sehr ruhig. Öffentliche Anbindung ist Top, Alte Feuerwache ist direkt um die Ecke in 5 min, Uni-Klinikum ist in die andere Richtung 8 min entfernt und in nicht mal 2 min ist man an der Schafweide. Aus der Tür heraus getreten sieht man den Penny schon, REWE und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch nur 4 min entfernt.

The location is excellent. Road traffic in front of the door is very quiet for Mannheimer circumstances. Public access is top, Alte Feuerwache is just around the corner in 5 minutes, Uni-Klinikum is in the other direction 8 minutes away and in less than 2 minutes you are at the station Schafsweide. Stepping out of the door you can see the Penny and REWE and other shops are only 4 minutes away.
