Schöne u. Helle 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung, Möbliert, Zwischemiete

Hallo,

ich vermiete meine kleine aber gut geschnittene und helle 1,5 Zimmer Wohung für 6 Monate ab dem 15. Mai eventuell auch schon ab dem Monatsanfang. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und in der Küche das nötigste vorhanden. Es gibt einen großen Balkon, Badewanne, Wlan, Waschmaschine und nette Nachbarn. Abstellraum oder Kellerraum gibt es leider keinen aber ein Fahrradkeller ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist ein eigener Raum mit Tür zum Balkon. Die Lage ist super, mit dem Fahrrad ist man durch den Hafen in 25 Minuten in der Innenstadt und zum Bus sind es 5 minuten.
Die Wohnung ist nicht für Paare oder WGs geeignet und Tiere sind im Haus auch nicht erklaubt. Melde dich gern wenn du entspannt und zuverlässig bist und die Wohnung für mindestens 4 Monate mieten willst.

It is a nice and compact place in a bustling, multicultural area with good public transport connections to the city centre and friendly neighbours. The apartment is furbished and offers a smal kitchen, a bright bathroom with bathtub and a bicycle storage in de basement. WiFi is included in the rent. I am looking for someone interested in staying at leat 4 months, who is responsible, clean and friendly.
The Flat isn't siutable for couples or for sharing. Pets are also not allowed in the House.
