Da ich für ein halbes Jahr im Ausland bin, suche ich eine/n zuverlässige/n Untermieter/in für meine schön geschnittene und vor allem helle Wohnung im Herzen Mannheims. Die Wohnung übergebe ich einzugsbereit, d.h. Möbel, Waschmaschine, Küche, etc. bleiben alle drin.
Im Auszugstermin bin ich etwas flexibel.
Für Fragen gerne jederzeit melden.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem der ruhigsten und dennoch zentralsten Quadrate Mannheims. Der Schillerpark, sowie der Friedrichspark, sind jeweils ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt. ÖPNV-Haltestellen Rathaus und Paradeplatz sind ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. ALDI, REWE und Netto jeweils auch nur 3-5 Gehminuten entfernt. Hauptbahnhof und Universtität sind beide zu Fuß erreichbar.
Auf den Fotos nicht enthalten ist meine ca. 1qm große Abstellkammer, die am versteckten Ende des Flurs liegt und ausreichend Stauraum bietet.
