Hi Berliner, We have one spacious room in a small, independent house with 4 floors for you.
You will live with 2 other roommates and 2 cats, yet own a certain level of privacy since each of us has our own floor.
There are one shared kitchen and one shared bathroom in the house.

I am a 31y.o, female Designer / Artist with 2 cats from Taiwan, I value the Organic oriented and not over-consuming lifestyle. Since I travel often. It would be nice if you could help with water the plant from time to time.

-Located in the corner of Brunnen str./ Invalid str. with good vibes from Weinberg PARK
-3 mins to U8 Rosenthalerplatz & several Tram station.
-Probably the biggest Rewe in Berlin is in Your Neighborhood
-Rarely independent House with 4 floors, stand in front of a private inner garden in the chicest neighborhood in Berlin.
-Fully furnished/equipped

From now to mid-march
you can get the room( 21m2 ) in the basement
and from mid-March to the end of Oct, you can get the room in the loft.( 21m2 )
After NOV you have a possibility to extend and become a formal subtenant (with the possibility to anmeldung)
