Hey du ! Ich bin Burt, Medizinstudent, und wohne seit 2 Jahre hier in diesem Haus in Göttingen. Ich liebe diese Wohnung und schätze es wie es mein eigenes ist.
Ich lerne viel zuhause im Arbeitszimmer und freue mich wenn ich einen neuen Mitbewohner habe, die/der/ * auch eine ruhige Lage zum Lernen braucht.
Im Haus finden wir auch eine große Küche mit Spülmaschine und eine Badewanne.
Wir haben auch einen großen Garten zum Grillen , und ein Keller.
Das Arbeitszimmer wird dein Schlafzimmer weil es großer ist ! 18qm2

Hey there ! I’m Burt and I’m been living here in this lovely house for the past 2 years. I’m studying medicine at then uni.
I study most of the time at home in our common work room and this is the perfect place to be if you also need a quiet place to learn.
We also have a huge and fully functional kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a bathtub.
There’s also a shared garden that we can have summer grill parties at and a large cellar where you can store stuff.

Zum Innenstadt braucht man nur weniger als 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und mit den Bussen 22,21,12,11, 91.
Nahkauf, Apotheker, Sparkasse, Volksbank, Ärzte sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Hinter dem Haus ist viel Natur und man kann dorthin einen Spaziergang machen.
One only need 20 minutes to the Innenstadt with the bike or bus connections 22, 21, 12, 11 or 91.
There’s also Nahkauf, pharmacy , banks and GPs within 5 minutes of walking distance.
Behind the house it’s mostly farmlife and nature ! Sunsets there are not to be underestimated.

Brettspiele sind mein Hobby. Wenn du auch ein bisschen Nerdy bist, passen wir ganz gut zusammen.
Unsere Vermieterin ist sehr entspannt und verständnisvoll. Sie wohnt nicht in Göttingen. Unsere Nachbarn sind sehr hilfreich und nett.
I love playing boardgames and we’ll do well together if you’re a bit on the nerdy side like me.
Our landlady is Super nice. Our neighbours are also lovely and helpful.
