Best view, central, isolated, whole vintage house for post-grads or profs, 1-3 months

I am renting out my beloved actual home for short period (1-3 months) to people who have a short-term business in Heidelberg (Professors lecturing, workers, patients of hospital therapies, ...).

My old vintage house is mainly built of wood and consists of three floors. On the groundfloor, where the main entrance and the garden terraces are, there are only two private rooms.

On the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a spacious living room, a small but cozy library with desk and behind it a bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. Except for the bedroom, all the rooms on this floor have an amazing view which makes this house so unique. Moreover, the living room also has a spacious balcony plus table with an incredible view.
On the second floor under the roof, you will find a spacious bedroom with a double-bed and a single bed and a narrow balcony with the view. In case of more than 7 visitors, this is where I place extra mattrasses. Next to this room there is a small but nice double bedroom with morning sun and sideview of the castle.

The interior of the house is fully furnished and all cozy, though no functioning TV (you could install paid TV running over wifi, e.g. the Amazon Fire TV stick). But no worries, there is electricity! :-)

The house is only available through a outdoor staircase of about 108 stairs (be my guest to re-count).
