houses. Both of them are very easy to access and share a wonderful pool area. The houses are securely gated on a large

space, providing privacy to all the guests. The guests have at their disposal 2 salons and 2 kitchens between the 2 houses,

thus it will never fell crowded. The swimming pools background will take your breath away. The pool is surrounded by

stunning views of hills and by the dusk you will be able to see gorgeous shades of pink and purple from the sun set,

reminding an impressionist painting. The property has got huge outdoor dining space with BBQ, ideal for these hot summer

evenings, so you can dine under Ibiza starry skies. The villa is very well connected to the hottest of the island's spots.

It's only 15 min drive to Ibiza town, 10 min to San Antonio and less than 5 minutes walk to the gorgeous town of San Josep,

where you will find lovely restaurants and Tapas Bars. There is a wide selection of beaches, also within few minutes' drive

away from the property (Cala Vadella, Cala D'hort, Cala Tarida, Cala Conta, Cala Bassa).

The famous rocky island of Es Vedra can be admired from nearby Cala D'hort and the cliff above it. The rocky island has got

something very special about it and it does take your breath away, especially if watched during the sunset.

Es Vedra is the third most magnetic spot on the planet, therefore the magical feeling while you around it.

Notes: Villa has 2 houses, in lowers seasons 1 house can be rented for smaller groups.
Air conditioning is located master bedroom and in the living room in the small house. In the big house it is in the onsuite

bedroom and in the living room area.
