Bus No 9 in 50 metres, 5 minutes to bus No 25 to Kirchberg, 5 minutes by car from the city centre and Kirchberg. The house has a bathroom with shower and bathtub on the second floor and a guest toilet on the first floor. There is a furnished living room and a dining room adjoining the small but fully equipped kitchen. Cellar with washing machine.
The house is shared with a friendly, tidy, quiet Englishman (frequent visits of his wife). You should be older than 28 years, professional, non-smoker, animal-loving and orderly.
The room is for rent for a period of 1 year, possibly extendable to 2 years. The rent is 600€ and the additional costs (charges: water, gas, electricity, wifi, urban tax) are 100€ monthly. The deposit is 1.5 months' rent. For any further information and appointments, please contact Tessy.
Nahe am Zentrum, sowie am Flughafen und am Kirchberg, Bushaltestellen in 1-5 Minuten zu Fuß. Wenige Minuten bis zur Autobahn in alle Richtungen, Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und trotz Nähe zum Zentrum gibt es viel Natur in diesem Stadtteil.
Der Garten geht hinten über in den Wald, trotz guter Verkehrsanbindung ist es sehr ruhig im Garten. Bäcker und mehrere Bars und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Tankstelle am einen Ende der Straße und die Rives de Clausen am anderen Ende. Die Mietdauer kann möglicherweise und nach Absprache auf 2 Jahre ausgedehnt werden.
