you'll have to whole space to yourself. On 1st floor is the sunfilled bedroom with couchtable, radio-cd-player and walk-in closet. On the groundfloor you'll find a bathroom with walk-in shower, a little kitchen and a spacious entrance. I use it for my yoga practice when there are no guests. Since I am a RYT registered yoga teacher you can also book a private class with me, just let me know if you are beginner or advanced. It might be the perfect match for long travels or exhausting tour days ;)
The pricing depends on the time-slot you are looking for. Please contact me for details. I do not seek open-end renters, since I also want to use the townhouse for my yoga-classes. thank you.
concerning the price - the website asks for me to fill in "Nebenkosten" (150,--) and a daily price (51,--). Which will show you a weird sum of 201,-- very often. Please let me know the period of time you want to rent, and then I can let you know a valid price offer. (money approx. 900,-- incl. gas, water, electricity, heating, internet and the bike).
Our wonderful townhouse is brandnew and built with love and care. Located in one of my favorite districts of Vienna and close to Schönbrunn (castle, garden and zoo). The townhouse is easy to reach via public transport (or taxi) from Airport, Bus- and Trainstation. Subway is a 5 minute walk and takes you the main shopping street in 2 stops; to the heart of Vienna (old town) in 6 stops. I am happy to help you with all the details or information you need. All is as green & organic as possible
As mentioned above, the castle, wonderful gardens and the zoo of Schönbrunn are in walking distance (you can take the tram or bus for 2 stops if you prefer). In our area you have a lot of nice restaurants and original viennese or multicultural places to eat. I will give you more destails on request. You can even borrow our bike (although public transport is really fast and cheap in Vienna - we are very fortunate) 2 subway stops away starts the main shopping street, with interesting little shops in the sidestreets (ask for recommandations e.g. organic clothing or fun viennese souvenirs). The subway takes you in 6 stops to the heard of Vienna. So everything is really close by.
