Hey there! My name is Max, and I'm looking for a friendly roommate to share my 2-bedroom apartment in the beautiful neighborhood of Berlin Charlottenburg. The apartment is conveniently located close to the circle line station "Westend" and offers easy access to public transportation. Parks like the Schloss Charlottenburg are just a short stroll away, perfect for leisurely walks or picnics.
**About the Room:**
You will have your own spacious room, approximately 16 m2, in our 40 m2 apartment. We will share a small hallway, kitchen, and bathroom. The rent for your room is €580 per month, which includes water, heating, electricity, fast WiFi, and access to common goods.
**Availability and Contract:**
The room will be available from August 1st and will be ready for you to move in. The initial contract will be limited to the first 6 months, but don't worry, extending the agreement should be possible.
**Ideal Roommate:**
I am a student in the masters Business and Engineering program at HTW Berlin, and I would prefer another student as my roommate. It would be great if you are currently in the Berlin area, as we can meet in person and get to know each other before finalizing anything.
**About Me:**
As for myself, I've been living in Berlin for about 2 years now. spending time the city, and engaging in various sports activities. Though I'm not a master chef, I'm open to cooking together and sharing meals.
