Iam offering a bright and spacious room in Kreuzberg. .
The place itself is a beautiful artist's flat, well-furnished and styled.
The room is meanwhile a little bit different styled compare to the photos.
You will be living with a woman together. So I will be not there at that time.
The private stuff on the photo like clothes, books etc. will be removed then.
The furniture cannot be removed and has to be placed in the room.
The size of the room I am renting out is ca. 35 m².
The room is only for a female person!..If possible a Vegetarian.
The rent is 200 per weekand should be payed in beginning of the month .
The notice period will be 1 weeks.
The deposit will be ....

Vermiete ein helles großes möbliertes Zimmer in meiner Wohnung in Kreuzberg.
DS ZIMMER IST INZWISCHEN EIN BISCHEN ANDERS EINGERICHTET ALS AUF DEN FOTOS.
Die Wohnlage ist großartig da verschieden Parks auch in der Nähe sind. Die Wohnung selbst ist hell, gepflegt und ist eine schöne Künstlerwohnung. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist durch eine Flügeltür plus dickem Theatervorhang von einem anderen Zimmer separiert.
Du wirst dann eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin im Nebenzimmer haben. Ich werde in dieser Zeit nicht in der Wohnung wohnen.
Die sich auf dem Foto des Zimmers befindlichen persönlichen Dinge wie Kleidung, Bücher etc.werden bei Einzug entfernt sein.
Die Möbel müssen im Zimmer bleiben.
Ich bevorzuge eine weibl. Person als Mieterin und möglichst Vegetarier
Das Zimmer ist ca. 35 m² groß.
Die Miete beträgt wöchentlich 200 €
Der Betrag muß Anfang des Monats gezahlt werden.
Die Kündigungsfrist beträgt 1 Woche.
Die Kaution beträgt 150..€.
WICHTIG : Bitte hängt ein Foto von euch oder einen Link zu eurer Facebook/Instagramseite etc. mit an wenn ihr mich kontaktiert.
Wir können anschl. einen kurzen Videochat vereinbaren um uns kurz kennenzulernen.

Die Wohnlage ist bestens: max. 5-Min Fußweg zu nächster U-Bahn Station; die lebendige Bergmannkiez ist gleich um die Ecke, nebst viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Verschiedene Parks liegen auch fast vor der Haustür.
Parken vor dem Haus ist möglich.

The flat is in an excellent location: only 5-min walk to the nearest U-Bahn station; the lively Bergmannkiez (famous for its many nice restaurants, cafes, and shops), as well as several supermarkets, are within 10-min walk away.
A number of very beautiful parks are also nearby.
It's mostly possible to park in front of the house.
