Da ich mit dem Studium fertig bin und aus Erlangen wegziehe, wird mein Zimmer im Herzen Erlangens ab dem 1. April frei.
Neben deinem Zimmer befinden sich in der WG noch die Zimmer deiner Mitbewohner*innen, eine Wohnküche, ein großer und ein kleiner Flur, eine Abstellkammer, zwei Duschbäder sowie zwei Klos. Somit kommt es morgens eigentlich nie zu Stau im Bad. In der Küche befindet sich ein großer Esstisch mit Stühlen und einem Sofa. Außerdem haben wir den Luxus einer Spülmaschine - also musst du keine Angst vor allzu großen Geschirrbergen haben. ;) Zudem gibt es in der WG auch eine nagelneuen Waschtrockner (auf dem Foto ist noch die alte Waschmaschine zu sehen).
Da ich ans andere Ende Deutschlands ziehe, würde ich einen Großteil der Möbel nach Möglichkeit gerne gegen eine Ablöse an dich weiterverkaufen. Das können wir aber beim Casting gerne nochmal genauer besprechen :)
As I have finished university and am leaving Erlangen, my room in the heart of Erlangen will be available from April 1st.
In addition to your room, there are the rooms of your flatmates, a kitchen, a large and a small hallway, a storage room, two bathrooms and two seperate toilets. In the kitchen there is a large dining table with chairs and a sofa. We also have the luxury of a dishwasher - so you don't have to worry about mountains of dishes ;) There is also a brand new wash-dryer in the shared flat (you can still see the old washing machine in the photo).
As I am moving to the other end of Germany, I would like to sell most of the furniture to you. But we can discuss this in more detail at the casting :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Hauptstraße am Beginn der Fußgängerzone Erlangens. Kaufland (als bevorzugte Einkaufsmöglichkeit) ist fast direkt gegenüber. Zudem sind verschiedenste Cafés, Clubs und Bars innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen. Auch der Bus hält direkt vor der Haustüre, falls du doch mal keine Lust hast zu laufen. Den Bahnhof erreichst du ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten.
The apartment is located in the main street at the beginning of Erlangen's pedestrian zone. Shops, cafés, restaurants, clubs and bars are also just a few minutes walk away. The bus also stops right outside the front door if you don't feel like walking. The train station is just a few minutes away.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner*innen sind Sophia, Adele, Seyma, Anna, Arne und Nacho. Außerdem lebt Gretchen, unsere geliebte WG-Katze, mit in der Wohnung.
Insgesamt sind wir als WG sehr gesellig und versuchen regelmäßig etwas gemeinsam zu unternehmen wie beispielsweise zu kochen oder abends ein Bierchen zu trinken. Hin und wieder darf natürlich auch mal eine kleinere oder größere Party nicht fehlen. Als Mitbewohner*in solltest du auch Lust auf gemeinsame WG-Action mitbringen, du kannst dich aber natürlich auch jederzeit in dein Zimmer zurückziehen.
Your future flatmates are Sophia, Adele, Seyma, Anna, Arne and Nacho. And there is Gretchen, our beloved shared flat cat :)
Overall, we are very sociable and regularly try to do things together, such as cooking or having a beer in the evening. Every now and then, of course, we also have a small or large party.
Also, falls wir bei dir Interesse geweckt haben und du uns und die WG gerne kennenlernen möchtest, melde dich einfach und schreibe ein paar Sätze über dich. Wir suchen nach einer offenen, gay friendly Person und freuen uns auch über ein paar random facts über dich, dann fällt uns die Entscheidung, wen wir einladen wollen, leichter. :)
Wir freuen uns darauf dich kennenzulernen und dann auf eine tolle gemeinsame WG-Zeit! :)
PS: Wir sammeln erstmal ein paar Anfragen und melden uns dann im Laufe der nächsten Woche wegen eines Castings :)
