20 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Innenstadt mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Straßenbahn Linie 2 (ca. 3 Mnuten zu Fuß), der Kaufland liegt direkt um die Ecke, ebenso Apotheke, Tankstelle, andere Supermärkte (Lidl, Aldi, Biomarkt und Bio-Supermarkt), Atomaten-Emma verkauft auch nachts Alkohol.

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus, Dönerbude zwei Ecken entfernt.

20 minutes walk to the city center with very good connection to the tram line 2 (about 3 minutes walk), the Kaufland is just around the corner, as well as pharmacy, petrol station, other supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, bio market and bio supermarket), Emma-Machine sells alcohol at night.

Good parking in front of the house, döner two corners away.

Hunde könnten schwierig werden. Wichtig: Hellhöriges Haus, unsere Nachbarn arbeiten, sind Senioren oder haben kleine Kinder, und auf die wollen wir auch Rücksicht nehmen, weil wir diese Leute mögen. Laute Musik geht darum nicht und würde auch tagsüber Probleme bereiten. Musikinstrumente? Müsste gehen, sofern tagsüber. Auch, wenn es die Mittagsruhe formal nicht mehr geben mag -- faktisch existiert sie hier noch.

Küche und das übrigens ziemlich klein bemessene Bad sind sauber, und sollen es auch bleiben, und zwar ernsthaft. :)

Abgesehen also von davon werden an Dich keine besonderen Anforderungen gestellt.

Wir sind jetzt nicht unbedingt die Wir-machen-alles-zusammen-WG, aber wir kennen uns schon über viele Jahre und sitzen abends gerne in der Küche und trinken ein Bier. Die Küche ist zugleich das WG-Wohnzimmer. Dort wird auch geraucht. Wenn mal Gäste da sind, dann bist Du immer miteingeladen. Wir erwarten andersherum allerdings das gleiche. A propos Gäste: Übertreib's bitte nicht mit dem Einladen von Leuten, das schafft erfahrungsgemäß Probleme. Wir sind zeitweise zu dritt in der Wohnung, aber einer von uns arbeitet meist auswärts, sodass es de facto oft eine 2er-WG ist. Wir sind beide berufstätiger Forstwissenschaftler.

Dogs should present difficulties. Important: It's a quiet house with thin walls, Our neighbors work, are elderly or have small children, and we want to stay respectful because we actually like these people. Loud music would definitely cause problems, even during day time (though certainly okay if kept civilian). Music instruments? Should go, if during the day and not for hours.

Kitchen and the rather small bathroom are clean, and shall remain, seriously. :)

Apart from this, no special requirements are placed on you.

We are not necessarily a we-make-everything-together-WG, but we already know each other for many years and in the evening we like to sit in the kitchen and drink a beer. The kitchen is the living room, and smoking is currently allowed there. If guests are there, you are always invited. However, we expect the same in return. Regarding guests: Do not overdo it with invitations. We are a WG of 3, but one of us works mostly abroad, so that it is de facto a WG of 2 most of the time. We are both working forestry scientists.

Wenn Du eine Privathaftpflichtversicherung hast, wäre das sicher kein Nachteil. Telefonflatrate umfasst nur Festnetz im Inland.

Besichtigungen sind ab sofort möglich.

If you have a private liability insurance, that would certainly not be a disadvantage. Telephone flat rate includes only landline in Germany.
