Helles Zimmer in der Südstadt zur Zwischenmiete

Die WG ist sehr gut gelegen. In die Innenstadt dauert es ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad ist man noch schneller da. Das neue Rathaus ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt was praktisch ist, wenn man sich z.B. ummelden muss. Zum Hauptcampus kommt man auch innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß.

ÖPNV:
Man kann zwei Bushaltestellen innerhalb von 5 min zu Fuß erreichen.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
Penny - ist quasi vor der Hausetür und nur 1min Fußweg entfernt
Markthalle Wüstefeld/Edeka - ist 5-10 min zu Fuß und hat auch Sonntags geöffnet!
Kaufland - Ist am Rand der Innenstadt und auch zu Fuß innerhalb von 15 min zu erreichen.

Kiessee - 10-15 Min mit Fahrrad
Baggersee- 15-20 Min mit Fahrrad

The flat is very well located. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the city centre, and you can get there even faster by bike. The new town hall is only 5 minutes away, which is convenient if you have to re-register, for example. You can also get to the main campus within 5-10 minutes by bike or 15-20 minutes on foot.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
You can reach two bus stops within 5 minutes on foot.

Shopping facilities:
Penny - is virtually on the doorstep and only a 1min walk away.
Markthalle Wüstefeld/Edeka - is a 5-10 min walk away and is also open on Sundays!
Kaufland - is on the edge of the city centre and can also be reached on foot within 15 minutes.

Du wirst die folgenden Mitbewohnis haben:

Sebastian (28) - studiert Geschichte und Politik an der Uni Göttingen. In seiner Freizeit macht er gerne Taekwondo, kocht oder werkelt an seinem 3D-Drucker oder der WG rum. Falls du Mal Hilfe mit etwas handwerklichem brauchst ist Sebastian genau der richtige Ansprechpartner. Früher sind wir öfter zum Pub Quiz zusammen gegangen und haben gemeinsam mit unserem Team auch öfter mal gewonnen.

Yvonne (29) - studiert Psychologie an der Fernuni Hagen. In ihrer Freizeit backt sie gerne (Ihre Weihnachtsplätzchen sind der Hammer!), spielt eine oder mehrere Runden Karten und verbringt viel Zeit mit Miko, ihrem Hund.

Miko (5) - ist ein Australian Shepherd. Er mag gerne kuscheln, spielen und Socken.

Wir haben ein sehr entspanntes, kommunikatives und respektvolles Verhältnis in der WG und hatten bisher noch keine Probleme. Wir suchen eine Person die sich gut vorstellen könnte in dieser WG zu wohnen.

You will have the following flatmates:

Sebastian (28) - studies history and politics at the University of Göttingen. In his free time he likes to do Taekwondo, cook or work on his 3D printer or improve the flat. If you ever need help with something handy, Sebastian is exactly the right person to talk to. In the past, we often went to a pub quiz together and frequently won together with our team.

Yvonne (29) - studies psychology at the Fernuni Hagen. In her free time, she likes to bake (her Christmas biscuits are amazing!), play one or more rounds of cards and spend a lot of time with Miko, her dog.

Miko (5) - is an Australian Shepherd. He likes cuddles, playing and socks.

We have a very relaxed, communicative and respectful relationship in the flat and haven't had any problems yet. We are looking for a person who could imagine living in this flat.

Seitdem die Fotos gemacht wurden, gibt es leichte Veränderungen. In dem Zimmer steht jetzt ein Kleiderschrank anstatt von einer Kleiderstange und der Kommode. In der Küche steht auch ein neuer schönerer Küchentisch.

Since the photos were taken, a couple of things have changed in the room: instead of the clothes rack and chest of drawers there's a wardrobe in the room now. In the kitchen there's also a newer and nicer kitchen table.
