Ich suche ab sofort einen Mitbewohner für eine 2er WG mit Hündin (Mischling), idealerweise bis September. Die Wohnung (erster Stock ohne Lift) hat 69qm, bestehend aus: 2 großen Zimmern, einer Küche, einem Waschraum und einer Toilette. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Balkon und gemeinsamer 400qm Hinterhofgarten. Die Straßenbahnlinie 5 befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung und der Augarten ist ungefähr 6 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Spar, Merkur, Hofer und Billa liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Leider ist kein Parkingplatz vorhanden.
Dein Zimmer ist ungefähr 23qm groß und ist gut möbiliert. Im Zimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett mit coolem umweltsfreundlichen Kartonbettrahmen, Sofa mit Bettfunktion (unter dem Sofa gibt es auch ein bisschen Stauraum) und ein kleiner IKEA Tisch. Ich habe einen HD Beamer und Samsung Soundbar für Audio, den du während deines Aufenthaltes gerne verwenden kannst. Untertags ist es immer sehr hell und Jalousien und Vorhänge sind auch vorhanden falls du verschlafen magst.
Eure Mitbewohner: Ich bin Engländer, 22 Jahre alt und kann Englisch, Deutsch, Spanisch, Portugiesisch und Italienisch. Ich skate, schau Filme, bin gern unterwegs, lerne soviel wie möglich (wenn ich motiviert bin) und kümmere mich um meine Hündin, Tessa.
Die Tessa ist 2 Jahre alt und als streunende Hündin in Zagreb aufgefunden worden. Sie ist unglaublich lieb, absolut harmlos und sehr gierig. Ich bitte, dass nur Hundeliebhaber sich bei mir melden, denn sie gehört zu der Wohnung und ist nicht zu ignorieren. Natürlich heißt das nicht, dass du mit ihr spazieren gehen musst , Futter kaufen musst, ständig streichel musst, usw. Aber ein bissi Zeit dann und wann mit ihr gemeinsam zusammen zu verbringen tut gut.
Momentan gibt es leider keine Waschmaschine, aber auf derselben Straße gibt es einen gut ausgestatten Waschsalon. Bis ich eine neue Maschine für die Wohnung gekauft habe, werde ich die Mietkosten um 15 euro im Monat reduzieren.
Das Zimmer kostet 350 Euro im Monat (Strom, Heizung, Internet inkl.), und 335 Euro bis ich eine Waschmaschine kaufe. Ich freue mich auf dich und wünsche dir viel Glück auf der Wohnungssuche :)

I’m looking for a new flatmate for my two-person flatshare + doggo (mixed) as of now. The flat is on the first floor of an old building without a lift, is 69sqm large and consists of: 2 big bedrooms, a kitchen, washroom and toilet. There is also a small balcony overlooking a 400sqm communal garden. Tramline 5 is directly in front of the flat and Augarten is roughly 6 minutes by foot. Spar, Merkur, Hofer and Billa are all very close by. Unfortunately, there is no parking space
Your room is around 23sqm big. Already provided are: A cool, environment-friendly cardboard bed frame with mattress, a sofabed (with some storage room underneath), a small ikea table and a projector with samsung soundbar, which I would be happy for you to use during your stay! The room is very well lit during the day, though there are also blinds and curtains should you want to sleep in a little longer.
Your flatmates: I’m a Brit, 22 years old and speak Englisch, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. I enjoy skating, watching films, being around and about, learning as much as possible (provided I find the motivation to do so) and taking care of my dog, Tessa.
Tessa is 2 years old and was a stray in Zagreb. She is absolutely lovely, entirely harmless and extremely greedy. I ask please that only dog-lovers message me about my flat, as she is very much a part of it. Of course, this doesn’t mean you will have to walk her, buy her food, constantly pet her, etc, however spending a bit of time with her now and again wouldn’t hurt.
Unfortunately, there is currently no washing machine, but there is a very well-kitted launderette on the same street. Until I buy a new washing machine, I will reduce rental costs by 15 euros a month.
The room costs 350 euros a month, all bills included. 335 until I buy a washing machine, and is of course commission-free. Due to the shorter length of stay, the deposit is only 300 Euro! I look forward to hearing from you :)
