Ich vermiete vom 1. - 29. Februar meine wunderschön gelegenen Altbauwohnung: vollständig möbliert - insgesamt 3 Zimmer. Das Herzstück der Wohnung ist unser super schönes und großes Wohnzimmer (ca. 35 qm). Zusätzlich gibt es noch 2 Schlafzimmer (jeweils ca12 m2). Ausserdem gibt es ein separates Bad mit Badewanne, Küche und einem Abstellraum ca. 10 m2 (sehr gut für Koffer usw.). Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände sind vorhanden ( Küchengeräte, Möbel, Waschmaschine,  … einfach alles was man so braucht. Die Wohnung ist nah zur Innenstadt und verschiedenen Universitäten (TU, KFU, KUG) gelegen und hat eine super Nahverkehrsanbindung (3,63). 
850€ pro Monat (incl. Strom, Heizung). Die Wohnung ist auch für einen kürzeren Zeitraum beziehbar (mind. 1 Woche). Austauschstudenten und Praktikanten willkommen.


Apartement for rent from the 1st of February until the 29th of Feburary: A 95m2 and fully furnished 3 bedroom apartment available. Located in the Heart of the city near the Herz-Jesu Church the apartment is within short distance to the universities in Graz. Public transport (3,63), supermarkets, Pharmacy etc. are all located within walking distance. The apartment is at the top level of a old style mansion and includes a big 35m2 living room. There are two other bedrooms as well (each about 12m2). The rent is 850€  (including electricity and heating). The room is available for a time between 3 weeks or for a shorter period (1 week min. stay). Exchange students or placement students welcome.
