Super günstiges und comfy Zimmer in S.Leonhard!
In unserer schönen WG in der Schumanngasse (7 Minuten zu Fuß zu Alte Technik, 3 Minuten zu KUG und 10 Minuten zu KF) wird mein gemütliches Zimmer ab Mitte Januar/Febraur frei.
Die 3-Zimmer Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock - im Dachgeschoss (aber keine Sorge, während aller Jahreszeiten ist es hier ganz angenehm).
Es gibt einen Vorraum, gut ausgestattete Küche und 3 getrennt begehbare Zimmer.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist sehr hell und verfügt über ein privates Balkon!
Das Zimmer sollte gegen keine Ablöse völlig ausgestattet übergegeben sein. Das heißt:
- ein Einzelbett mit einer Matratze
- ein geräumiges Regal (für Bücher oder was auch immer)
- ein Schreibtisch
- ein Sessel
(bzw. der Schrank wäre noch verhandelbar)
Wir können natürlich noch zusammen besprechen, was davon du wirklich möchtest oder nicht.
Die Miete kostet 267€ inkl. Betriebskosten, Wasser und Heizung. Strom und Internet sind mit deinem/deiner Mitbewohner*in zu teilen.
Die Kaution ist 801€, die natürlich rückerstattet wird, sobald du ausziehst.
Es gibt hier eine Waschmaschine.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohner und Mitbewohnerin sind beide Studenten der Kunstuniversität, so wird die Musik in der Wohnung nie fehlen ;).
Es ist eine sehr internationale WG, weil einer aus Slovenien und die andere aus Russland kommt. Das WG-Leben ist sehr chill, man kann seine Ruhe im Zimmer haben aber auch gerne ein Bier am Abend zusammen trinken.
Comfiest and cheap room in S.Leonhard!
In our beautiful WG in Schumanngasse (7 min walking to Alte Technik, 3 min to KUG and 10 min to KF) my room is gonna be available from middle January/February.
The 3er WG is located on the top floor of the building.
There is an anteroom, a good equipped kitchen and 3 separate bedrooms.
Your future room is really bright and you’re also gonna have your own private cozy balcony!
The room is gonna be fully furnished without any additional costs. This means you’re gonna find:
-a single bed with mattress
-a spacious shelf (for books or whatever you want to)
-a desk
-a chair
(the wardrobe would be also available).
We can obviously then talk about what you want to take or not.
The rent is 267€ per month, including water and heating. Electricity and internet are dived between you and the other flatmates separately .
The deposit is 801€, which is gonna be given back to you as soon as you move out.
There is also a washing machine.
You’re future flatmates are both students of the University of Music, this means you’ll be surrounded by music ;).
It is an international flat, because one flatmates comes from Slovenia and the other from Russia.. so languages are not gonna be a problem! The life in the flat is really chill, you can have your peace in your own room but also drink a beer together with the others in the evening.
