4er WG (keine Zweck WG) sucht unkomplizierte und gesellige Mitbewohner für unmöblierte Zimmer (19 und 20qm) mit Blick in den Garten. Einzug ab sofort möglich.
Wir sind eine gemischte (Student, Auszubildender, bisher auch Berufstätige) und unkomplizierte WG.
Küche (komplett eingerichtet), ein Bad + seperates WC und ein Kellerraum sind vorhanden.
Das kleinere Zimmer kostet 430 pauschal, das größere 450 (all inclusive)
Das Zimmer hat das Fenster zum Garten, dieser wird nur von uns verwendet.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, fußläufig zu Innenstadt und Westpark. Audi und Conti sind in der Nähe, es sind 3 verschiedene Busstationen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenfalls gut zu erreichen ist die technische Hochschule und der Baggersee.
Wir sind eine gesellige WG, veranstalten bei uns gern immer wieder mal Grillabende oder gehen zusammen in die Stadt. Man sieht sich oft und es ist immer eine angenehme Stimmung.
