da meine Mitbewohnerin auszieht, bin ich auf der Suche nach zwei neuen Mitbewohnern.
Aktuell nutzen wir die Wohnung zu zweit, zufünftig soll es eine 3er WG werden.
Die Wohnung hat 120 qm inkl. eines sehr großen, sonnigen Balkons, vollausgestatteter Küche sowie Wohnzimmer, Bad mit extra WC, Waschmaschine, Kellerräumen.
Frei werden zwei Zimmer: eins mit 18 qm für 480 € all in und eins mit 24 qm für 520 €, beide großer Fensterfront und Zugang zum Balkon
Einzugsdatum wäre ab dem 01.02.2017 bzw. 01.03.2017 oder nach Absprache.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Fuggerstraße in einem Zweifamilienhaus.
Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig aber trotzdem sehr zentral. Audi und die Innenstadt sind in nicht mal 10 Min. mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine Bushaltestelle sind in Laufnähe.
Ich freue mich über offene und gesellige Mitbewohner, daher definitiv keine Zweck-WG.
