This room is just for subletting, so I will have to store my stuff in the room. I might have to use half of the warehouses, my suitcases will be in the room, and some other stuff, as will some of my books. For this reason, the original total price is 500, but I will pay you 50 euros per month for storing my belongings, then the total rental for you is 450 euros per month. You will not be able to register in Ingolstadt with this address, because this room is just for subletting.
1. Size: 33 m2.
2. Room: the bedroom is together with the living room, but you can close the whole room with the door. Roommates do not come to your room, but sometimes we have tea or watch movies together in the living room. The total size is 33 m2, the bedroom is 20 m2, and the living room is 15m2.
3. Furniture in the bedroom: 1.4m bed, sofa, 2 wardrobes, 2 desks, 2 chairs, mirror, lights, cozy decorations.
4. Furniture in the kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, water cooker, pans, pots, plates, bowls, cups, and tableware.

You will be sharing the WG with two other females who speak both English and German:
1. Apoorva (27): She is from India and is currently working at Audi. She is a truly amazing cook and loves gardening. You will find many plants on her balcony and in our kitchen.
2. Vlada (29): She is from Russia and is currently doing her master's degree at the Technical University of Ingolstadt. Super fun person, love doing sports and dancing.
We spend time together whenever we find time, such as cooking, watching films, hiking, going on a small trip, or going to a restaurant or cafe. Of course, we take each other into consideration when we are busy with work or studies, so that everyone feels comfortable to have their own me time. We also have weekly cleaning schedule to make sure the WG is clean and organized.
This WG is only for girls, who would like to have great time with roommates, who likes to keep the sharing space clean and easy going.
