Helles Zimmer in Berufstätigen WG am Stiglmaierplatz

Ab 03.05 wird ein Zimmer am Stiglmaierplatz frei.

Bett, Kommoden, Schreibtisch müssen vom Vormieter übernommen werden. Gesamte Ablöse für Bett, Regal, Nachttisch und alle weiteren Anschaffungen in der WG (Spülmschine, Waschmaschine und Herd) betragen insgesamt 400€.

Die Monatsmiete beträgt ca 750 € warm.

Die Wohnung hat einen tollen großen Wohn-Essbereich, 2 Badezimmern und einen recht großen Balkon, auf dem es sich gut zusammen sitzen lässt. Alles wird durch den wöchentlichen Besuch unserer Ehrenputzfrau auch stabil sauber gehalten.

Wir sind ein gemischter Haufen für die das entspannte und harmonische Zusammenleben oberste Priorität hat und würden euch gerne persönlich kennenlernen. Damit wir uns gut entscheiden können, ob ein persönliches Kennenlernen und Besichtigung Sinn macht, schreibt uns gerne eine Nachricht über euch.

ENGLISH VERSION:

From 3rd of May this room will be available. The bed with matress, 2 dressers, a nightstand and all recent acquisitions in the shared apartment - (including dishwasher, washing machine and stove) must be bought out for 400€.

The apartment has a wonderful, spacious living-dining area, two bathrooms, and a fairly large balcony that’s perfect for chilling outside in the summer.

We would love to have somebody cool and chill who also gets along with us as roommates - we are also super cool and chill, obviously hehe. Harmony and a nice co-living situation is our top priority, we are pretty good friends in the WG. And even though we will not force ourselves upon you, we would love it if you are looking to be part of our WG Life too, not only need a place to sleep.

We are a chill bunch of Italian, Spanish and German people. We value tidiness and cleanliness but also love to get together for drinks, cooking and drinks or parties with friends. :) Usually on the weekends we have our cocktail of the week night.
Most of us work and we are preferably looking for somebody who is also working full time, but also wouldn't mind an older master student or so.
We are a clean but also very lively WG, hangout a lot and love to have a home where stuff happens. But it also gets quiet a lot and we respect each others privacy.
