Dein Zimmer in deiner neuen WG ist 22 qm² groß. Es besitzt zwei große Fenster, wodurch du immer ein schön helles Zimmer hast. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock, somit ist nerviges Treppensteigen mit Einkaufstüten kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau mit ca. 3,5-4,0 Meter hohen Wänden, wodurch ein sehr geräumiger Eindruck entsteht und der Charme eines Altbaus gewahrt bleibt. Die Zimmer sind direkt zum vorderen Teil des Schlossgartens ausgerichtet, wodurch du einen wunderschönen Blick ins Grüne hast. Das Zimmer ist zur Ostseite ausgerichtet, sodass du morgens sehr gut auf der breiten Fensterbank in der Sonne deinen Kaffee genießen kannst.
Die Wohnung hat etwa 120 qm² und besitzt eine geräumige Küche mit Kühlschrank, Ofen usw. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über ein Gästebadezimmer sowie ein großes Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne mit integrierter Dusche. Ein großer Kellerraum steht zur Verfügung, um dort mögliche Gegenstände von dir zu lagern.
Room
Your room in your new shared apartment is 22 square meters. It has two large windows, so you always have a nice bright room. The apartment is located on the second floor, so annoying stair climbing with shopping bags is no problem. The apartment is an old building with walls about 3.5-4.0 meters high, which creates a very spacious impression and preserves the charm of an old building. The rooms are oriented directly to the front part of the castle garden, which gives you a beautiful view of the greenery. The room is oriented to the east side, so you can enjoy your coffee in the morning very well on the wide windowsill in the sun.
The apartment has about 120 sqm and has a spacious kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, etc. The apartment also has a guest bathroom and a large bathroom with a bathtub with integrated shower. A large basement room is available to store possible items of yours.
Lage
Nun zum besten Teil der Wohnung: Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Schlossgarten. Somit brauchst du weniger als eine Minute, um zum Schlossgarten zu gelangen, bist aber weit genug von der großen Wiese entfernt, um nicht vom Lärm gestört zu werden. Besonders interessant für Studenten ist der Weg zur Mensa, der etwa 2 Minuten beträgt. Somit musst du dir theoretisch keine Sorgen mehr um dein günstiges Mittagessen machen. Bis zur Innenstadt brauchst du 5 Minuten zu Fuß und 2 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt, und nahezu direkt vor der Haustür fährt der Bus zum Westerbergcampus. Meiner Meinung nach gibt es keine optimalere Lage für einen Studenten in Osnabrück.
Location
Now to the best part of the apartment: The apartment is located directly at the Schlossgarten. So you need less than a minute to get to the Schlossgarten, but you are far enough away from the big meadow not to be disturbed by the noise. Especially interesting for students is the way to the Mensa, which is about 2 minutes. So theoretically you don't have to worry about your cheap lunch anymore. It takes you 5 minutes to walk to the city center and 2 minutes by bike. The nearest supermarket is also only 5 minutes away, and the bus to Westerbergcampus leaves almost directly from the front door. In my opinion, there is no more optimal location for a student in Osnabrück.
WG-Leben
Da sowohl Andi als auch ich ausziehen werden, wird sich ein vollkommen neues WG-Leben entwickeln, das du gerne mitgestalten kannst. Du wirst dann mit einem neuen Mitbewohner/zusammen wohnen. Falls du einen Freund oder eine Freundin hast, mit der du derzeit eine Wohnung suchst, wäre dies natürlich auch eine optimale Lösung. Du wirst auch mit Chris (31) zusammenwohnen. Chris arbeitet in einem Fahrradgeschäft und ist ein sehr entspannter Mensch. Abends legt er sich gerne auf die Couch, und am Wochenende gehen wir beide gerne mal etwas trinken und tanzen. Er ist ein ordentlicher Mensch, der gerne die Wohnung in einem sauberen Zustand haben möchte. Allerdings hat er auch großes Verständnis, falls man aufgrund von viel Arbeit oder Stress nicht alles ordentlich halten kann. Man kann mit ihm immer gut über Alltagsprobleme quatschen, und er nimmt sich gerne die Zeit dafür.
WG-Life
Since both Andi and I will be moving out, a completely new flat-sharing life will develop, which you are welcome to help shape. You will then live with a new roommate/together. If you have a boyfriend or girlfriend with whom you are currently looking for an apartment, this would of course also be an optimal solution. You will also live with Chris (31). Chris works in a bicycle store and is a very relaxed person. In the evenings he likes to lie down on the couch, and on weekends we both like to go out drinking and dancing. He is a neat person who likes to have the apartment in a clean condition. However, he is also very understanding if you can't keep everything neat due to busy work or stress. He is always good to chat with about everyday problems, and he likes to take the time to do so.
Sonstiges:
Das optimale Einzugsdatum wäre der 15.07.2023, da dort die Miete meiner neuen Wohnung beginnt. Allerdings ist ein Einzug auch zum 01.08. möglich. Das meiste bleibt in der Wohnung, sodass du nichts für die Küche usw. zahlen musst. Die Gesamtkosten für das Zimmer liegen bei 382 Euro pro Monat, inklusive Internet und GEZ.

The optimal move-in date would be 07/15/2023, as that is when the rent for my new apartment starts. However, moving in is also possible on 01/08. Most of the stuff stays in the apartment, so you don't have to pay anything for the kitchen etc. The total cost for the room is 382 euros per month, including internet and GEZ.
