Flat:
Our flat has 3 rooms and about 90m2 all together, big kitchen with small living room, bath & shower, and a toilet. Here we live right now 2 Spanishs guys and Justine from France. Samuel and Justine are leaving at the end of February due to different situations, Justine has to continue her intership back in home and goes to France after finishing the semester and Samuel needs to move closer to his new Job, that is why i am looking for ONLY 1 room-mate that fills their space :). as i will transform one of the rooms into a small Studio/Creative Office.
As a short intro about me, I work with music, design and events while finishing a Masters degree. That means, that as you can imagine, i have enought activities and enough party out of the flat, so here i like to have the space a lil bit as a "recharging area", so if you are thinking about a "party flat", im sorry but this is not your place, but obviously, if that is the case that we have to do something for any reason, I also know how to party properly :D.

I Speak fluent English, German and Spanish, as well as a little Italian and Portuguese. if you have interest in form a small WG/community and want to pass by and check the room by yourself do not doubt to ask for an appointment, i will be happy to get to know you!

Wohnung:
Unsere Wohnung ist 90m2 groß und besteht aus 3 Zimmern, einer großen Küche mit einem kleinen Wohnungszimmer, Bad und Toilette.
Momentan Sind wir 2 Spaniers und Justine aus Frankreich. Samuel und Justine verlassen Ende Februar aufgrund unterschiedlicher Situationen, Justine hat ihr Praktikum zu Hause fortzusetzen und geht nach Frankreich nach Beendigung des Semesters und Samuel muss näher zum seinen neuen Job umziehen.

Das bedeutet, dass, wie du dich vorstellen kannst, habe ich genug Aktivitäten und genug Party zu machen, so hier möchte ich den Raum ein lil bit als "Aufladebereich" haben.
Wenn du an eine "Party-Wohnung" denkst, tut es mir leid, aber das ist nicht dein Platz. Aber natürlich, wenn das der Fall ist, dass wir etwas aus irgendeinem Grund tun müssen, weiß ich, wie man richtig feiert ;) aber lieber draußen! haha :D. Ich spreche fließend Englisch, Deutsch und Spanisch, sowie ein wenig Italienisch und Portugiesisch, also Kommunikation sollte kein problem sein. Wenn Du Interesse an einer kleinen WG/Gemeinschaft hast und das Zimmer selbst besichtigen willst, können wir gerne einen Termin vereinbaren, ich würde mich freuen dir kennenzulernen!

As previously mentioned, this is not a party flat, but a space to recharge after a long day (or night) studying or working, and a space to live together and help each other.
I am educated since very little to respect everybodys cultures, timetables, preferences, tastes and fully respect the privacy and space from everybody, so i would expect in return exactly the same from my flatmate :) at the end, respect is the key to every good relationship in every aspect.
Obviously we can invite friends, have visitors, organize dinners, etc. if you have some friends sleeping over while visiting you or whatever, it is also absolutely no problem, and communication is another important point for every matter :).
The common spaces such as the Kitchen, bathroom, welcome/living-room area and Toilett are the resposibility of both of us, so to ensure that we both enjoy a tidy/clean space we can do a little calendar of duties or get some housekeeping that help us if we don´t have so much time, but as long as we keep our things clean and do not create such a big mess, it would be an easy task to solve. For this, responsibility and cleanness are the important words.
I consider myself an openminded, multicultural, and responsible person, which likes to discuss about different topics, projects and ideas, that likes to help other people in my working areas or on the daily living, and that if it happens that you need some tipps/help adapting or moving to a new city, want to have some drinks and conversations, a movie/serie night, or do some outdoor activity or whatever, you should feel free to ask me for whatever u may need :). At the end, building a good relationship with people its always a very nice thing to do, and if we will live together, that is actually a great thing! :)
