ich vermiete mein 14 m² großes Zimmer in einer 2er WG. Das Zimmer ist ab 1. Dezember 2020 verfügbar, es ist geräumig und hell und verfügt über ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch, eine Kommode, ein Bücherregal und einen kleinen Tisch (Alles was man auf den Bildern sehen kann, außer dem Bürostuhl). Die Möbel können für 100€ übernommen werden.
Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Innenhof, mit Fahrradabstellplatz und einem kleinen Garten, in dem man im Sommer entspannen kann. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche / Esszimmer, Bad, WC und einen Abstellraum. Die Wohnung selbst ist ebenfalls voll möbliert (Küche, Waschmaschine usw.), so dass du eigentlich nichts mitbringen müsstest, es sei denn, du möchtest 😊
Die Miete beträgt 342 Euro (WLAN inklusive) und es gibt eine Kaution von 800 Euro.

I’m renting out my 14mq room in a two-people shared flat. The room is available from december 1st. The room is spacious and bright and comes with a bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a bookshelf and a little table (What you see in the pictures besides the office chair). The furniture can be taken over for 100€.
The building has a courtyard where you can store your bike or chill in summer. The flat has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/dining room, bathroom, toilet and a storage closet. The apartment itself is fully furnished too (kitchen, washing machine etc.), so there is no need for bringing anything unless you want to 😊
The rent is 342 euros (wi-fi included) and there is a deposit of 800 euros.

Die Wohnung liegt nur 5 Minuten von der U-Bahnstation Alser Straße und dem Yppenplatz / Brunnenmarkt entfernt. Die Gegend ist ruhig und hat viele Supermärkte und kleine Geschäfte. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock (Dachgeschosswohnung), allerdings ohne Aufzug.
The flat is located 5 minutes away from Alser Strasse subway station and Yppenplatz/Brunnenmarkt. The area is quiet and has many supermarkets and small shops around, the flat is on the rooftop of a 4-story building without elevator.
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit einem supernetten Südtiroler (27) teilen, der locker und entspannt und dazu noch ein großartiger Koch ist! Er arbeitet und studiert Lehramt.
Gewünscht wäre ein Mitbewohner/eine Mitbewohnerin, die nicht nur eine Zweck-WG sucht, sondern jemand, der gerne auch einmal gemeinsam Dinge unternehmen möchte.
You will share the apartment with a lovely guy (27) from Südtirol, who is easy-going and chilled, and a great cook! He’s working and finishing his studies in education. A roommate that prefers doing things together from time to time would be preferred.
