Zur Vermietung steht ein kleines WG-Zimmer (ca. 9m²) im Herzen der Josefstadt. Darin befinden sich ein Bett (140x200), Regale und weitere Staumöglichkeiten (nach Ablöse)
Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Lederergasse und hat beste Verkehrsanbindungen (13A, 5, 33, 2 in weniger als einer Gehminute erreichbar; U2 Rathausplatz ca 10 Gehminuten; U6 Josefstädterstraße ca 10 Gehminuten; 43, 44 in 2 Gehminuten). Uni Wien ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: auf der Josefstädterstraße gibt es massig Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Lokale gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe sehr viele und auch einige nette Kneipen und Bars.
Wohnung:
Es gibt ein großes gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, großes Bad (WC + Bad getrennt), Küche und WC. Derzeit wohnen Sarah (23, Medizinstudentin) und Stan (25, PhD-Student) in der Wohnung. Die Nachbarn sind superfreundlich und die Wohnung ist in den Innenhof ausgerichtet, somit in absoluter Ruhelage. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 96m².
Preis:
Miete: 330€ warm, incl. BK, Strom + Gas, Internet, TV, Versicherung
Ablöse nach Vereinbarung
Fun Fact: Unsere Wohnung ist im MEGA-heißen Wienersommer eine kühle und wohlige Oase :D

Room available to rent in the very attractive 8th district in Vienna. The other apartment members are Sarah and Stan who are a couple. The room is 330 euros per month.
The flat is within 10 minutes walking from the U2 and the U6 and the town hall. The major tram lines nearby are within a few minutes walk, and the 13A bus passes the apartment front door. The flat is sheltered from the streets and has a nice courtyard in front.
The old flatmate owns the room contents (double bed, mattress,lamp, shelving and storage) , and although it is not mandatory - would like to sell this to the next person renting at a very reasonable price preferably :-)

Super zentrale Lage!
Bei uns kommen die Tram 33, 5 gleich ums Eck und die 2er Tram ist auch gleich die Lederergasse hinunter. Der 13a Bus ist auch gleich in unserer Straße. Die U2 und U6 sind ca 10 min zu Fuß von hier entfernt. Aber von hier kommt man eigentlich zu Fuß sehr schnell zur Uni, dem Rathaus und dem 1. , 9. oder 7. Bezirk.
Bei uns gehts gemütlich zu, wir machen nicht viele Hausparties, aber nette Dinner oder Spieleabende gerne :)
Mal zusammen kochen oder ins Kino gehen oder etwas anderes unternehmen ist ab und zu schön, wir lassen aber jedem gerne den Freiraum, den man braucht.
Stan und Sarah sind ein Paar, also hoffentlich macht dir das nichts aus :)
