Hello everyone,
I am looking for a lovely person who would like to stay in my fully furnished room from the 20 of June to the 20 of October approximately.
I will move back to my hometown for some months to complete my bachelor studies and my diploma.
The WG is located exactly in front of the tram n 62 stop, has easy access to two parks and some shops as well.
Spar is around the corner and at 10 minutes distance, Penny and a turkish bakery.
In the WG two girls are living, Maria from Bulgaria and Liidia from Ucraine. Two lovely and quiet ladies who you can have some tea and walks with.
The apartment has a washing maschine, oven, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and other facilities.
The Room has a nice view over the street and receices the best light of the house.
It was totally furnished by me when I moved in with a storage bed with a built-in desk, bookshelves, drawer, and plants.
I ask for a small caution as an insurance for the paymentes and the forniture that will remain in the room.
The room is 248,30 as basic rent, plus some expenses for gas or light wich variates each month (around 30 euros)

Hallo zusammen,
Ich suche eine nette Person, die vom 20. Juni bis zum 20. Oktober in meinem voll möblierten Zimmer übernachten möchte.
Ich werde für einige Monate in meine Heimatstadt zurückkehren, um mein Bachelor-Studium und mein Diplom abzuschließen.
Die WG befindet sich genau vor der Straßenbahnhaltestelle 62 und bietet einfachen Zugang zu zwei Parks und einigen Geschäften.
Spar ist um die Ecke und in 10 Minuten Entfernung, Penny und eine türkische Bäckerei.
In der WG leben zwei Mädchen, Maria aus Bulgarien und Liidia aus der Ukraine. Zwei nette und ruhige Damen, mit denen man Tee trinken und spazieren gehen kann.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, Backofen, Staubsauger, Bügelbrett und andere Einrichtungen.
Das Zimmer hat einen schönen Blick über die Straße und erhält das beste Licht des Hauses.
Es wurde von mir komplett eingerichtet, als ich mit einem Schrankbett mit eingebautem Schreibtisch, Bücherregal, Schublade und Pflanzen einzog.
Ich bitte um eine kleine Vorsicht, um die im Zimmer verbleibenden Zahlungen und Möbel zu versichern.
Das Zimmer kostet 248,30 als Grundmiete, zuzüglich einiger Kosten für Gas oder Licht, die sich jeden Monat ändern (ca. 30 Euro).
