Das verfügbare Zimmer ist geräumig, hell, möbliert und hat eine Fläche von 15m². Es ist mit einem Bett, einem geräumigen Schrank und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet – perfekt, um sich darin wohlzufühlen.
Als Teil dieser lebhaften 6er WG kannst du nicht nur das Zimmer, sondern auch die großzügigen Gemeinschaftsräume nutzen. Die voll ausgestattete Küche, das Badezimmer, ein Trockner, eine Waschmaschine, eine Spülmaschine sowie ein geräumiger Keller stehen allen Mitbewohnern zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich genießen die Mitbewohner eine sonnige Terrasse und einen weitläufigen Garten.
Der Mietpreis von 480 Euro beinhaltet nicht nur sämtliche Nebenkosten, sondern auch Internet und Telefon – du zahlst keine versteckten Extras!
