Die geräumige Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines Altbaus und besitzt einen 10,2m x 0,6m Balkon Richtung Osten.
Der Wohnraum besitzt eine Kochnische, zwei Esstische, ein Schlafsofa, ein weiteres Sofa und mehrere Regale. Außerdem sind ein Toaster, ein Wasserkocher, eine Mikrowelle, ein Minibackofen sowie Kochutensilien vorhanden.
Das geräumige Schlafzimmer besitzt ein 1,40m x 2,00m Bett und weitere Regale. Ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank steht im Flur.
Die Wohnung besitzt Fenster an der Ostseite, wodurch es morgens besonders hell ist.
Im Keller befindet sich eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschiene und ein Trockenraum.
Im Hinterhof kann ein überdachter Fahrradständer genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist nicht WG-geignet und kann nur von Ende August 2021 bis Ende Juni 2022 vermietet werden, da ich, Sabine, selbst nicht in Aachen sein werde. Da mein Umzug nun sehr kurz bevorsteht, wird sich nun ein Freund (Lovis) um Anfragen und Besichtigungen kümmern.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old building and has a 6.0m x 0.6m balcony facing east.
The living room has a kitchenette, two dining tables, a sofa bed, another sofa and several shelves. There is also a toaster, kettle, microwave, mini oven and cooking utensils.
The spacious bedroom has a 1.40m x 2.0m bed and more shelves. A spacious closet is located in the hallway.
The apartment has windows on the east side, which makes it especially bright in the morning.
In the basement there is a communal washing machine and a drying room.
In the backyard you can use a covered bicycle stand.
The apartment is not suitable for shared living and can only be rented from the end of August 2021 until the end of June 2022, as I (Sabine) myself will not be in Aachen. As I am very close to moving out, from now on a friend of mine (Lovis) will take care of requests and schedule apartment inspections.

Die Wohnung liegt recht ruhig in der Innenstadt. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten kann man das Hauptgebäude, das SuperC und die Unibibliothek der RWTH erreichen. Die Zughaltestelle ,,Aachen West“ und die Hauptmensa ,,Academica“ sind innerhalb von etwa 12 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten kann man die Bushaltestellen ,,Technische Hochschule“, ,,Kárman Auditorium“, ,,Driescher Gässchen“, ,,Königstraße“ und ,,Karlsgraben sind innerhalb weniger Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

The apartment is located quite quietly in the city center. Within 5 minutes you can reach the main building, the SuperC and the university library of the RWTH. The train stop ,,Aachen West" and the main cafeteria ,,Academica" are within about 12 min. walking distance. The bus stops ,,Technische Hochschule", ,,Kárman Auditorium", ,,Driescher Gässchen", ,,Königstraße" and ,,Karlsgraben are within a few minutes walking distance.
