Main Terms
- Don’t worry about the reservation fee, it will be deducted from your first month’s rent
- Minimum contract term is 6 months with a 1-month notice
- Deposit is equal to 2 month’s rent or a small fee per month with deposit insurance
- The price includes an advance payment of 3.50 € per square meter for utility costs

- Pets: If you want to bring your pet friend with you, there is a 25€ monthly charge
