Wir vermieten diese hell geschnittene Altbauwohnung für die Dauer unseres Auslandsaufenthalts unter. Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 großen Zimmern (jeweils ca. 20 m^2) sowie einer geräumigen Küche und einem Bad mit Dusche und WC. Da es sich bei einem der beiden Zimmer um ein Durchgangszimmer handelt, ist diese Wohnung nicht für WGs geeignet. Das Schlafzimmer ist zum Innenhof hin gelegen, sodass es auch bei geöffnetem Fenster nachts immer ruhig ist.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, inkl.:
- Geschirrspüler
- Waschmaschine (in Waschküche)
- Schränke und Kommoden
- Küchenzubehör (Pfannen, Töpfe, Geschirr, ...)
- Sofa
- Esstisch und Stühle
- Fernseher und Stereo Anlage
- 2 Schreibtische und Bürostuhl
Die Nutzung der Möbel ist im Mietpreis enthalten, ihr müsstet also lediglich eure persönlichen Gegenstände mitbringen.

We are subletting this brightly cut old building apartment for the duration of our stay abroad. The apartment consists of 2 large rooms (each about 20 m^2) as well as a spacious kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Since one of the two rooms is a passage room, this apartment is not suitable for shared flats. The bedroom faces the courtyard, so it is always quiet at night even with the window open.
The apartment is fully furnished, incl.:
- Dishwasher
- washing machine (in laundry room)
- cupboards and chests of drawers
- kitchen accessories (pans, pots, dishes, ...)
- sofa
- Dining table and chairs
- TV and stereo
- 2 desks and office chair
The use of the furniture is included in the rental price, so you only need to bring your personal belongings.
Die Wohnung ist unmittelbar am Rehmplatz, einem ruhigen Platz mit Springbrunnen, gelegen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, (internationale) Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars, Fitnessstudios und das Einkaufszentrum "Aquis Plaza". Zur Altstadt sind es fußläufig circa zehn Minuten, zum RWTH Campus circa fünfzehn Minuten. Mit Fahrrad oder Bus ist man deutlich schneller unterwegs. Die nächste Bushaltestelle sind "Hansemannplatz" und "Kaiserplatz" (jeweils circa 3 min zu Fuß), von denen viele Buslinien abfahren.

The apartment is located directly on Rehmplatz, a quiet square with a fountain. In the immediate vicinity there are many shopping facilities, (international) supermarkets, restaurants, bars, gyms and the shopping center "Aquis Plaza". The old town is about ten minutes away on foot, the RWTH campus about fifteen minutes. By bike or bus you can get around much faster. The nearest bus stops are "Hansemannplatz" and "Kaiserplatz" (both about 3 minutes on foot), from which many bus lines depart.
Im Mietpreis ('Sonstige Kosten') sind die Nutzung der Möbel sowie die Kosten für WLAN (100 MBit/s) und Strom (100% Ökostrom) enthalten. Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht gestattet. Die Haltung eines Haustieres ist nur nach Absprache erlaubt.
Einzug ist nach Absprache schon Mitte August möglich.

The rental price includes the use of furniture and the cost of WLAN (100 MBit/s) and electricity (100% green electricity). Smoking in the apartment is not allowed. Keeping a pet is allowed only by arrangement.
Move-in is possible by arrangement already in mid-August.
