I am offering my beautiful apartment starting December (the date is not defined exactly yet), as I will be moving to Munich.
The apartment is 70 Sqm as in the photos, in the heart of Aachen, facing the Mensa at Ponttor and 2 minutes away from the bars!
The apartment is fully furnished, however not for the bed, as I had to Buy a 180 x 200 cm bed with it commodes, and a new grade 3 mattress "used less than 2 months from Concord". besides, a computer screen of 25" and working desk with a TV 45" and Samsung soundbar and woofer.
The new tenant shall buy all of these for only 650 Euros as transfer agreement.
The apartment includes TV, Washing Machine, big refrigerator, dish washer, Microwave, Oven, Stove, big LCD for working, Vacuum and everything for from plates and cups.
As per the house owner, the tenants must be either Doing their Masters degree or Work professionals.
