Da mein Freund und ich 10 Wochen ins Ausland gehen, möchten wir gerne unsere Wohnung zwischenvermieten. Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer, ein Arbeits- (und Gast-) Zimmer, ein Wohn- und Esszimmer, Küche, ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, und einen kleinen Balkon ausgerichtet zum Hinterhof.
My boyfriend and I will be spending about 10 weeks out of town, so we are looking for someone to take our place during this time. Our apartment has a sleeping room, a study, a living room and a small balcony looking to the backyard, also kitchen and a small bathroom, where the washing mashine is.
Die Busaltestellen Schloßstraße (Linie 33) und Augustastraße (Linien 3A/B, 13A/B) sind ca. 4 Min. zu Fuß entfernt, und die Haltestelle Scheibenstraße (Linien, 2,12,22,5,25,45,55,66) ca. 7 Min. Der Hbf ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen, ca. 12 Min.
Das Aquisplaza ist auch ca. 5 Minuten, und die Innenstadt (Elisenbrunnen) ist ca. 10 Min zu Fuß entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Kaisers ist auch um die Ecke, und ein Netto ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Wohnung liegt im Frankenbergerviertel, nur 5 min. vom Frankenbergerpark, auch viele Bars, Restaurants, und grüne Ecken sind nur einige Gehminuten entfernt.
There area few bus stations about 4 min. away, and another one about 6 min. walkIng distance from where buses will take you everywhere in and around Aachen. The main train station is about a 10-12 min. walk away.
Aachen's biggest mall is about 3 blocks away, and the city center about 10 minutes walking.
For grocery shopping there are a few options, the nearest one being a Kaiser Supermarkt around the Corner and a few others no more than 10 min. away.
Parks and green areas are also around here everywhere, as well as bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc.
Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert, inklusive Balkonmöbel, Kochutensilien, und Schlafcouch im Arbeitszimmer.
Leider ist die Wohnung nicht WG-Geeignet, aber ideal für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar.
Wenn du/ihr etwas früher einziehen/ausziehen würdet, könnten wir das auch regeln ;)
The apartment ist fully furnished, including balcony furniture, kitchen supplies and everything else you would need. There's a sleeping couch in the study also.
The apartment is sadly not for a WG (shared apartment), but it's perfect for a single person or couple.
Also a few days earlier move in/out would be possible ;)
