Ab April wird unsere schöne Wohnung frei. Der Preis liegt bei 671€/Monat (zzgl. einmalig 1575€ Kaution).
Die Wohnung ist ca. 50qm groß, möbliert und durch die bodenlosen Fenstern sehr hell und bietet dadurch eine schöne Atmosphäre. Als weiteres Highlight besitzt diese Wohnung eine Terrasse UND einen Balkon, deren Zugang von beiden Zimmern möglich ist. Die 10qm große Terrasse lädt an warmen, lauen Abenden zum entspannen und potentiellen Grillabende (sobald es erlaubt ist) ein.
In der Küche gibt es soweit alles, was man braucht: Sie ist klein, aber fein. Im Keller gibt es die Möglichkeit zum Waschen. Es stehen Waschmaschinen und Trockner zur Verfügung. Die Nutzung kostet 1,50€ pro Waschgang.

Our beautiful flat will be available from April. The price is 671€/month (plus a one-time deposit of 1575€).
The flat is approx. 50sqm, furnished and very bright due to the floorless windows and therefore offers a nice atmosphere. As a further highlight, this flat has a terrace AND a balcony, which can be accessed from both rooms. The 10 sqm terrace invites you to relax on warm, balmy evenings and potentially barbecue evenings (as soon as it is allowed).
The kitchen has everything you need: it is small but nice. In the basement there is the possibility for washing. There are washing machines and dryers available. The use costs 1,50€ per wash.

Die Lage ist wirklich super! Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Pontstraße, wo es sehr viele Essenmöglichkeiten gibt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch direkt vor Ort - Netto ist direkt am Haus dran und 5 Minuten zu Fuß findet man einen Rewe. Der Domplatz ist in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, wo es weitere Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Das WOF - das meist verbreitete Fitnessstudio im Umkreis - ist auch direkt neben dem Wohnkomplex.

The location is really great! The apartment is located directly at the "Pontstraße". There are many food possibilities. Shopping possibilities are also directly on the spot - "Netto" is right next to the house and 5 minutes walk you will find a "Rewe". The "Domplatz" can be reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot, where there are additional food and shopping possibilities. The WOF - the most widespread fitness studio in the region - is also right next to the residential complex.

Die Wohnung ist sowohl für Pärchen als auch für eine 2er-WG geeignet.
Es wird gewünscht den Kleiderschrank für 150€ zu übernehmen. Optional kann das von uns genutzte Sofa (Ikea Malm Bett) kostenlos übernommen werden. Falls nicht gewünscht wird dies entsorgt. Die Kallax-Regale und der Schreibtisch im Schlafzimmer können bei Interesse gegen eine Ablöse übernommen werden. Bei Interesse können auch weitere Fotos der Möbelstücke geschickt werden.

The flat is suitable for couples as well as for a 2-person flat share.
It is desired to take over the wardrobe for 150€. Optionally, the sofa we use (Ikea Malm bed) can be taken over free of charge. If not desired, it will be disposed of.
