Nach 5 Jahren verlassen wir unsere beliebte Mietwohnung wegen dem Umzug aus der Stadt und suchen nach Nachmietern. Die Wohnung ist ab 1. November bezugsfrei (möglicherweise auch ein paar Wochen vorher) und perfekt für die Paare geeignet. Da das Wohnzimmer ein Durchgangzimmer ist, ist die Wohnung leider NICHT WG-geeignet.
Die Wohnung verfügt über
- zwei großzügigen Zimmern (Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer)
- separate Küche mit EBK (inkl. Spülmachine, Einbaukühlschrank, Herd)
- Bad mit Wanne und Fenster (inkl. Waschmachine, Spiegelschrank)
- Diele mit Garderobenschrank, Schuhschrank und Spiegel
- Abstellkammer
Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein Kellerabteil.
Since we're moving from Aachen, we are leaving our beloved apartment and looking for new tenants. The apartment will be free from November 1st (possibly some weeks earlier) and is perfect for couples. Since to reach the bed room one must pass through the living room, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable for WGs.
The apartment includes
- two spacious rooms (with a big closet in the bedroom)
- separate, fitted kitchen (including the dishwasher, fridge, stove)
- bathroom with a window and a bathtub (including a washing machine and a mirror cabinet)
- hallway with a shoe and coat storage and a mirror
- storage room
There's also a cellar compartment belonging to the apartment.

Nähe Ponttor und Lousberg, zentral, doch ruhig, gute Verbindung zum Öffentlichenverkehr, Zentrum und West Bahnhof ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt.
Near Ponttor and Lousberg, centrally located, but nevertheless quiet, good connection to public transport, city center and Westbahnhof in 10 min walking distance.
