Hello, since I am abroad for two months, my apartment will be available for two months .
The apartment has a spacious living/dining room with equipped kitchen as well as a bedroom and a bathroom. The cozy balcony with a view of the cathedral. In the kitchen there is a washing machine, refrigerator, a small oven as well as dishes and cooking utensils. In addition, there is a small cellar compartment. The furniture (barbeam, table, chairs, couch, armchair, desk and bed).
All costs (Internet, electricity, water) are included in the total monthly rent of 800 euros. There is also deposit of 900 euros, which corresponds to 2 net cold rents.
The apartment is very central, but still quiet. In the immediate vicinity is the Kurgarten, to Lousberg as well as to the market or Pontstraße it is only a few minutes on foot. The bus stops Hansemannplatz and Bushof are approx. 3 minutes walk away.
The residents of the house are nice and helpful. It is mostly really quite. So I’ll also asking for not partying and smoking in the house. If you have any questions, please let us know. I will contact you as soon as possible. Of course we can arrange a viewing appointment and if not otherwise possible also online.
