As I am moving out, this nice flat is again available for rent! It is a very old building, fully restored with wood floors, big windows and high ceilings.

The kitchen is well equipped and has everything needed to cook.

The heaters in the bathroom and the kitchen are quite new and the water gets heaten up super fast.

There is a laundry room downstairs and free access to a wasching maschine and a dryer as well as ropes to hang your clothes (which is extremely convenient when cleaning your bed sheets)

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. In the nearby you will find nice restaurants and Hotel Europa is next door. (I have to say that you dont hear a thing from them, they are extremely respectful).

If you are using a bike divide all that by 3!

My mieter, Lena, is super easy going and the flat is in a super nice condition. As it is an untermieter contract, as said the flat is fully furnished and ready to leave in. Theres only one condition: Lena loves plants and she has many that need to be taken care of, so make sure youre willing to do it!

Be aware that the minimum contract time is for 1 year and pets are not allowed.
