The apartment measures about 55 m^2 and has three rooms: bedroom, living room and kitchen. The living room and kitchen are separate [see photos]. The apartment has large windows in all rooms. This results in a beautiful illumination during the summer. I would like to leave all the furniture and kitchen accessories for the next tenant (all for €400). The bedroom has a bed, two bedside tables, two large closets and two clothes hangers, two small closets [see photos]. The living room has a three-piece sofa set, three living room cabinets, a shelf for TV, and a TV ; in addition to that, there is a beautiful wooden dining table with two chairs [see photos]. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. I am leaving additional kitchen accessories: microwave, pots, pans, frying pan, cutlery, plates and cups. In the basement is the laundry area. I am leaving a washing machine that works irregularly. Finally, the bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.
The apartment is located 8 minutes from Entringen train station. From there, you can take connecting trains to Stuttgart (1h) or Tübingen (12 min). Within a few minutes' walk from the apartment there are good food facilities: three bakeries, a butcher's shop, a Turkish restaurant and a Greek restaurant. There is also a Penny supermarket within a 10 min walk. Entringen is a village with a quiet and friendly atmosphere. The villa has a reading environment (beautiful in summer), children's playground, outdoor gym (calisthenics), public swimming pool.
The apartment has a modern underfloor heating system. The additional cost covers unlimited water consumption and heating. Lastly, the warranty (kaution) can be paid over several months (3-4 months). The apartment owner prefers these tenant options: (i) male/single female, (ii) male and female, or (iii) female and female.
